YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent/depart with any craft and must produce a valid driver’s license at check-in

FUEL IS NOT INCLUDED. You will be charged if you bring the boat back empty.

FISHING WATER SPORTS are NOT allowed on all boats only

NO ONE UNDER 25  may drive or operate any craft

LESEE IS RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage to the rental craft/equipment & contents

ARRIVE 30 MINUTES Launch location is 1104 Bay Rd Johnsburg IL 60050. Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time of 10am. It is the customer’s responsibility to be on time for your reservation. No credit will be issued for the late arrival nor can we extend time to compensate.

CANCELLATION POLICY Boats on the Chain requires a minimum of a 72 hr (3 Days) cancellation notice for a full refund. Reservations canceled within less than 72 hrs. receive a rain date good for up to 1 year.

Damage Deposit $500 damage deposit hold will be put on credit/debit card and refunded after boat is inspected upon return. Like a rental car.
